1/2 cup Chili Sauce (page 276), or 1/2 cup no-salt-added ketchup plus dash of red hot-pepper sauce

White of 1 large hardcooked egg, finely chopped (yolk discarded)
1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Dash of pepper
