Ingredients

1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup honey mustard
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 pound sliced smoked salmon

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Stir in dill. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) Serve salmon with sauce.
