Peanut Butter Cup Bars

These bars are so good that you will have to hide them from your friends if you want them to last more than 5 minutes. They are super easy to make. In fact, the hardest part about these melt-in-your-mouth bars is waiting for them to cool enough to eat.

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 (18-ounce) jar peanut butter (about 2 cups)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares)
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
12 ounces chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Step 2

    Place the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl and stir until smooth. Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and stir until completely combined. Spread the mixture in a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Sprinkle the warm bars with the chips, let stand for 2 minutes until the chips begin to melt, and then spread them evenly over the top. Cool slightly and cut into 48 squares while the chocolate is still warm.
