Green Beans Creole

Preparation

  1. Sauté a little minced garlic in a medium skillet until golden; add green beans and a little water; steam just until bright green. Drain the water and add 1 or 2 chopped tomatoes, plus fresh basil leaves and lemon juice to taste. Cover and cook until the tomatoes have softened and the green beans are done to your liking.
