Duck Sauce

Once you’ve made this easy Duck Sauce, you’ll never go back to store-bought!

    yields 3/4 cup

Ingredients

2/3 cup peach or apricot preserves
2 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
4 teaspoons soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.

    Step 2

    Store in the refrigerator; it will keep for at least a month.

  2. Serving ideas

    Step 3

    Serve this as a dipping sauce for Easy Egg Rolls (page 148) or any time you need a little sweet-and-sour jolt on a stir-fry or sauté.
