Caramel Sauce

Recipe information

  • Yield

    makes 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation

  1. In a large pot set over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and honey.
