This easy baked Brie is a great appetizer if you’re hosting a small holiday party. While it may be simple, there is some serious “wow” value during that first oozing fresh-from-the oven Brie slice. Serve with your favorite crackers for a festive holiday starter.

Recipe information

  • Yield

    4-5 Servings

Ingredients

1 Brie wheel (8-12 oz.)
¼ cup honey
Honeycomb pieces
¼ cup Marcona almonds
4–5 figs, quartered
Rosemary sprigs
Crackers

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place Brie in the center. Bake for 8–10 minutes. To check if it’s ready, gently touch the center of
the Brie; it should be very soft.

    Step 3

With a spatula, carefully transfer Brie to a serving plate, drizzle with honey, and top with honeycomb pieces, Marcona almonds, figs, and rosemary sprigs. Serve with crackers.
