Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped seeded peeled cucumber
1 cup chopped radishes
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Refrigerate.)
